David Krauza, President - Graduate of Gannon College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Preceding his studies at Gannon he completed the General Electric Apprentice Program.   David is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals as well as the National Society of Accountants. Prior to becoming President of Checks and Balances, David held the position of Vice President at Pepsi Bottling Company. He has three grown children and one grandchild, and enjoys spending time with his family and golfing on the weekends.

Linda Krauza, Vice President - Linda has be working in the payroll business for approximately 20 years and enjoys spending time with her family.

Michael Porsch - Director of Accounting Operations - Graduate of Penn State Erie with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems.  Michael has previous "Big 4" experience and is pursuing CPA certification.  He specializes in Federal Taxation (personal and corporate), Information Technology, Payroll, and general Accounting issues and is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Sean Donachy, Accountant -  Sean specializes in Federal Taxation (personal and corporate), payroll, and accounting.  Sean has been with the firm for 4 years and enjoys hiking and boating. Sean is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.
